A new method for detecting crop water stress |

In the framework of the DESIRE project, Wisse Beets and Jeremy Croes discovered that visible light remote sensing using handheld digital cameras offers a promising alternative to detect crop water stress. The method was tested in the DESIRE study sites in the Volgograd and Saratov Region, Russia.
