What is it?
The DESIRE Study Site Desk is a helpdesk for study site teams in the DESIRE project. Members from study site teams can consult the Study Site Desk for general questions with regard to the project work in the study sites. Specific questions questions with regard to Working Blocks should be directed to Working Block Leaders. In addition, the Study Site Desk conveys information requests from Working Block Leaders to Study Site Coordinators, and collects responses to these requests from the study site teams.

How does it work?

• Working Block Leaders send their information requests for the Study Site Coordinators to the Study Site Desk.
• The Study Site Desk checks if the information requests are in line with the Description of Work, and if they do not overlap. The Study Site Desk sends the information requests to the Study Site Coordinators.
• The Study Site Coordinators send their response to the information request to the Study Site Desk at This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it The Study Site Desk forwards these to the corresponding Working Block Leaders.
• The Study Site Desk sends e-mail reminders to the Study Site Coordinators when the deadline of an information request has passed, and a response has not been received yet, or will contact Study Site Coordinators by phone or Skype.
• The Working Block Leaders evaluate the responses of the Study Site Coordinators and contact the Study Site Coordinators for additional information. Study Site Coordinators contact Working Block Leaders directly with questions on a specific information request.
